Marta Summer Bandicoot is a former pastry and personal chef who's lived and worked in Brooklyn and Atlanta. Classically trained in pastry arts at the French Culinary Institute (now the International Culinary Center), her professional highlights include working as the head baker at Momofuku Milk Bar in New York, and as a pastry chef at Hugh Atcheson's Atlanta restaurant, Empire State South.
Tired of seeing food blogs that place style over substance, she created Summer Bandicoot - a resource for tried, true, and tested recipes to please every palette.
